When you mull over even the most random and simplest things in your life, you tend to become depressed.

And you'll realize ...

Google and Twitter are an indispensable part of your life now (never Facebook)

Even Twilight makes you depressed (I'm still trying not to believe this)

Your iPod Touch is the most boring piece of technology without WiFi

Even 8.70 GB worth of music is repetitive

You're totally over all the crushes n silly infatuations

You're running out of the passion that once defined your insanity

Your phone bills are pretty minimal

You don't remember the last good movie you watched

You haven't stayed up all night for reading marathons or talking over the phone for ages

Your car drinks only 20 liters of petrol a month cuz most of the time it is on hibernation , now you vouch for public transport system of Mumbai

You're losing that wild crazy imaginative streak you once possessed (that once possessed you actually)

The world is running out of petroleum cuz it is accidentally spilling in the ocean very often

The world is running out of cute n decent HUMAN guys (n the sparkly ones are out there somewhere but HELLO your life is too short to keep waiting )

Regardless , Life goes on .....

Well, a lot of things have happened in the past few months.

Today I'm writing exactly a month after Alice , my kitten passed away. She was only a week old and hadn't even opened her eyes, but she was a feisty lil tigress. She was my baby but then she had a better place to choose and I know she's healthy, strong n happy there.

Again, thanks for bearing with me and my angsty n silly blogs :P

Change is inevitable. But I had never imagined it could be felt so strongly. Like a sudden growth spurt , only deeper.

Biggest experiences in the past void months :

Passage, 18 to 19 teaches you a lot along the way ...

Acceptance is not the reward for silence or patience but small letdowns here and there.

Bottling up emotions only makes you more vulnerable

Maturity is ONE BIG WORD !

Making the wrong choices is a part of who we are and sometimes you have to sell yourself short.

Spontaneity is what makes life so interesting !

I'm back and back for good !! I can probably write endlessly but I'm still deciding whether to click that bright orange Publish Post button ...so that's all for now.

My life these days is not boring , it's more than just Boring - it's simply Nothing.

There's nothing left on my PC. My Hard Disc crashed.
I'm writing Nothing. I'm reading Nothing. (Twilight doesn't count)
There's nothing on TV.

"Not" rules my life....how?
I'm Not going out.
I'm Not attending any lectures at college since... ( this could get me into trouble)
I'm Not blogging.
I'm Not pretending that I'm just so glad that monsoon's almost over.
I did Not watch the last episode of True Blood.
I could Not stay up till late watching 30 days of Night (which I wanted to watch so badly).
I'm Not reading any fan-fics.
I'm Not pestering my mum that often.
I'm Not able to stop sulking about my dead Hard Disc.
I can Not wait for New Moon any longer.
I'm Not wasting time doing anything cos I'm doing Nothing.

Sorry about the last post...I noe it was awful!
So I've still not been able to come up with anything new. Life's all busy and tangled up these days.
Plus problems like A/c Failure, rains and constantly annoying people who make your busy life difficult.
And when you think you've almost figured out what life is all about, you realize that you're far away from reality. Because reality is that life is not a fairy tale or a movie.

Once I'm over my aggravation, I'll definitely write meaningful stuff. Noxx!

I could'nt come up with a new topic. I wrote this almost an year ago. It's funny.

21 January,2007
She hurried down the alleyway, beads of sweat decorating
her forehead. Now Claire started making big strides. The
dull light was visible at the other end of the alley.

'You're being silly, no one is following you!', she thought.
She stopped walking and turned around.There was no one.

'See, no one. Stop acting like a wimp',she told herself.

She reached the lane. There was no traffic, it was dead silent.
The old grey buildings shadowed the street.
She sucked in some air and walked ahead. She kept telling
herself that it was her idea to come to this part of the
city and spend some time alone. But it bugged her that the
abandoned area was drawing creeps on her instead of helping her.
She wished that she'd brought Kate along.

A dog howled somewhere far away.It gave her goosebumps.

'I must turn around and go back',she thought.But her feet wouldn't move an inch.

At that moment,headlights flashed in her direction blinding her momentarily.
She squinted her eyes and saw a car heading in her direction.
She sighed with relief and waved to the car. The car stopped a few paces away from Claire. She ran towards it and bent to see the driver.
He was young, probably in his mid twenties.

"You look troubled, miss..", he said

"I got lost, was heading to Lewart.Can you give me a ride please?",Claire replied

"Sure", he replied appraising her.

"Thank you"

He opened the door to the passenger side and Claire got in.

She closed the door behind her and looked at him.

"My name is Gustav", he smiled tentatively and started the engine.

"I'm Claire", she smiled back.

A FEW SECONDS LATER, A SHRIEK FILLED THE AIR.

A girl named Claire Meraal died 23 years ago.Her friend, Kate had once told her about Hectar,a locality a few miles away from the main city.It used to be inhabited by local labourers and their families.A fire broke in one of the disbanded gas-stations in the area and the locality was evacuated.
Now,teenagers would usually come to Hectar to scare their friends.

Claire was upset about something and wanted to spend some time away from everyone.
She decided to visit Hectar alone that day.

She never returned.
No one knows about her mysterious dissapearance even after 23 years.

Her lost spirit still haunts the streets of Hectar...

Heyyy I'm back again

I just love blogging at night. Cos my brain is probably idle only at night. It has to work really hard for me!

And before I forget, I just came to know about a really interesting fact:
Did you know that there are only five species of EGG-LAYING MAMMALS in this world. They are known as Monotremes

The first one is the DUCK-BILLED PLATYPUS and other four are species of the ECHIDNA (some sorta anteater) . The Monotremes are found only in New Guinea and Tasmania.

Well, I'm really enjoying my vacation. I returned only a week ago from my trip to Rajasthan.It was wonderful, of course. I can't give you a succinct description of my trip. I know I'll end up writing only about Rajasthan in this blog and the next blog and the next ...

I just finished reading Danielle Steel's The Long Road Home. Although it wasn't one of the best books I've read so far , the character of Gabriella was very endearing.

I'm still in love with Twilight.And I'm listening to my favorite tracks all the time.

I'm really sleepy right now so I'd better hit the bed before I drop off on the keyboard!

I don't know what kind of bliss it is to sit at my window and gaze at the dark sky above and the bright sleeping city underneath. I used to fear the darkness. I love the dark now. Sunlight doesn't appease to me as before.

The dark of the night lightens the stars and sings a lullaby to the slumbering city. She befriends the hideous and the nocturnal.As if her gown is emblazoned by the brightest and beautiful stars. Her heart bears all your secrets unlike the conspicuous and open sunlight.

Loved by poets, worshiped by vampires- the night goddess.
She's peace, she is bliss. I have felt her too.

I'm back!
It's been a busy wintry break, well, not busy actually. I've spent most of my time sleeping & eating.
Otherwise, I'd only been dealing with an overtly dull college & other regular stuff.

I have yet to catch Slumdog Millionaire. I don't want to watch it really. Because I've heard that it
portrays Mumbai or India largely, as one of those urchin-community homes. I mean, there is definitely a brighter & better side of this developing country for the world to see. Anyway, my friends loved the movie. So maybe it's worth a watch.

Hey friends!
People and mannequins, sweaters and warmers ....everywhere!
I'm enjoying the changing sites-and-sounds of this winter... but I'm also affected by the gloom that is hanging in the air these days.
Only one thing keeps me sane, Twilight... the obsession grows instead of subsiding...and i love it!
A thousand trivial problems on my mind, uneasiness, I'm getting crabbier everyday BUT then little moments of fun and some stupidity make up for everything.

Like being wrapped in my own little warm cocoon, here i'm sitting in my most favorite place in the world...the cozy corner of my room facing the east!
I love this part of the year, it's pleasantly cold. The best thing to do is listening to your favorite melodies under a blanket in the dark of night after a mug of hot-cocoa or else indulging into your all time favorite novel (Twilight for me!)

New Year Greetings to you all...
My wishlist exceeds my resolution-plan as always.

I've always tried being a rebel and cheered the feeling of "me against the world !"
At times, I find myself being so different from everyone around me and then there are moments when I feel that I'm just like any other girl of my age-group.

Today morning i was watching a documentary on The South-American rain-forests(Amazon,Andes, Pumas etc etc) on National Geographic. It was shot so well, and the clips were truly breathtaking. As usual my mind captured the images and I weaved them into an imagination. I'll try posting that piece soon.

I'll definitely try posting some relevant readable stuff in further posts.
My current book-wishlist is Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins.
As of now, I'm re-reading Breaking Dawn (for the 8th time) by Stephenie Meyer,
Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte ,
I've put Fountainhead by Ayn Rand on hold for now

Decode by Paramore tops my playlist today.
Now, I give the keyboard some rest and will continue next time.

My first Blog

Hey friends !
Compliments of the season to you all !
This is the first time I'm ever writing a blog (not exactly with the intention of creating some brainy-blog)
My restless mind is full of weird ideas, unreal pictures ,emotions galore and endless dreams (not those 'aspirations-n-ambitions' kinda dreams)
Blogging (i think) is the simplest way of expressing yourself if you're so lethargic that you gave up filling your diary.I am too tired by the end of the day that i pass out even before i go fetch my diary. If someone read my incomplete diary then s/he would think that i got so depressed of life that i started hating my diary also.

Anyway, you could call me a 'fairy-tale/fiction-human' cause I live in fantasies and magical world(s).
Yeah, I've been hooked to all sorts of children fiction since my childhood, mainly Harry Potter and Twilight and i have no intention whatsoever to come out of any. I still wake up in the room of number four,Pivet Drive ; study at Forks High; walk through Narnia with Aslan and dream of being a dragon-rider.

My real world ,though, follows the common routine of any other college-going girl.
Right now i'm thinking that my first blog is so boring (lol).
